John and Warwick with Warwick holding his Monthly Medal

Once a month the Coraki Veterans Golf Club have a sausage sizzle for lunch after golf. This just does not happen by chance. There is always someone working away in the back ground to make this occur. This happens because of the hard work, time and effort put in by Warwick Lunnon and his offsider John Perkins. These members give up their time to make this event occur, an event all the Vets look forward to each month. Every week before Golf Warwick is there to set up the tea and coffee and biscuits to have while the vets sit around and have a chat to catch up on weekly events. The camaraderie between the Vets is fantastic and makes Thursday golf a great day out.

As in a lot of areas within our club our Volunteers do a tremendous job behind the scenes so a big thanks to Warwick and John.

Keep checking back for more news on our volunteers and the impact they have on our club
